Foundations

Foundations are one the most important elements of your build. We use innovative galvanised steel pile foundations to a depth of 865, 1000 o 1200mm. If these are unsuitable, due to ground conditions or usage of the building, we will likely use a reinforced concrete slab. Steel pile foundations are incredibly efficient to install with minimal excavation hence minimal cost and disruption to you. Crucially, they enable buildings to be installed in previously inaccessible areas such as inner courtyards.

Roofing

Our roofing system is so durable and waterproof it comes with a 20 year manufactures (Firestone) backed warranty. The roof is formed using robust insulated SIPs panels, over laid with a single ply sheet of EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer), rubber to you or I! With a subtle fall across our flat roofs, water runs into discrete fixed guttering with associated drainage. We also install apex roofs with traditional timber frames and tiles.

Flooring

The flooring is fundamental to the look and feel of your building, whether it be a staffroom, classroom and nursery. We install specialist floorings such as soft impact, acoustically insulated, easy clean or rubber tiled flooring. Regardless of the composition, colour and nature of the flooring we will guarantee its quality, durability and the expertise with which it is installed, leaving you to dance, spill paint or make very loud music with your students!

External Finish

We are proudly committed to installing bespoke high quality, safe and durable educational buildings. We also believe they should look fantastic year after year and be an inspiring part of your real-estate. We take great care in the finished detail of every building we install, offering a number of beautiful external finishes. Our most popular finish is our kiln dried western red cedar cladding but stone cladding and polymer render are also attractive and hard wearing options.

Decking

Many of our designs incorporate fabulous outdoor areas that become continuums of the indoor space via bifold or sliding doors. These decked areas give an open-aired, flexible dimension, to your classroom and can be sheltered from the sun and rain with cantilevered roof overhangs. We offer a number of decking materials, the most popular being our non-slip composite decking that is RAL colour coded to match your door and window frames. We also offer hard wood and softwood options.

Glazing

We install as standard, A-rated, argon-filled, Planitherm Total +, toughened glazing within either uPVC or powder coated aluminium frames. We offer an upgrade to high performance glazing, which comes with Planitherm 4S and has other additional advantages such as self-cleaning. We also install laminated glass. Ultimately we are happy to install any glazing of your choice, as long as it is fully compliant with regulatory standards. Everybuilding comes with an A rated EPC certificate.

Fixtures and fittings

Attention to detail is the only way to ensure an educational space that is fit for purpose and built to last. Whether it be a laminate or rubber floor, the electrical installations for a computer suite or a water heater for the kitchenette, we take extreme care in sourcing and expertly installing commercial grade items. We are happy to advise and offer a wide range of quality products and materials. We will also source and install fittings that you have specified, providing our teams have or can attain any necessary installation expertise, to safe guard your warranty.
